The Villa is located abroad, which presented another challenge in terms of organisation and logistics. This impressive property is a villa of over 3000m² on five levels.
The ground floor comprises living room, dining room and kitchen and a beautiful garden. The project also includes the first-floor rooms; second floor office and a meeting room.
An attractive living space was created in the basement comprising a swimming pool, sauna / steam room, a gym, a dressing room, a wine cellar, a billiard room, a games room, a cinema and a garage.
Thanks to our experience in this field, AGATH were selected to join the project team, made up of local and foreign companies.
